Board Resolution of WTA in the meeting on Feb13,2018:

theWTA board of Directors has assigned Mr. Fengjiang Liu as the China GeneralRepresentative of WTA.

TheChina General Representative shall conduct the following:

l   To broadcast the missionand the spirt of the WTA in China;

l   To update the WTA in atimely manner on the development and progress of taxpayer associations andrelated information in China;

l   To provide guidance andinformation to WTA members and/or clients who invest or operate business in China;

l   To coordinate the processof introducing new taxpayer associations to the WTA; and

l   To organize training orcommunication events for WTA members in China.
